TRACTOR RACES THIS SATURDAY

Tractor races will be held Saturday afternoon at the fairgrounds. Gates open at 11:00 AM with racing beginning at 1:00 PM. Youth and adult classes will be held. Food and concessions will be available throughout the afternoon.

WEEKEND FLEA MARKET

The monthly flea market will be held Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Vendors will offer antiques, tools, books, records, household items, crafts and other merchandise.

Outdoor vendor spaces are available on a first-come basis.

SATURDAY NIGHT AT THE DRIVE-IN

The drive-in will present a double feature Saturday night. Gates open at 6:30 PM and the first feature begins at dusk. The concession stand will be open throughout the evening.

In the event of severe weather, the program may be postponed.

FALL BOOK AND VIDEO SALE

Friends of the Library will hold its annual fall sale in the library meeting room Friday and Saturday. Used books, magazines, movies and other donated materials will be available.

Proceeds support library programs and activities.

COMMUNITY CHURCH SUPPER

The annual fall church supper will be held Saturday evening. Serving begins at 5:00 PM. Dinner will include ham, beans, potatoes, vegetables, rolls, desserts and drinks.

Carry-out meals will be available.

MOTOCROSS THIS WEEKEND

Motocross racing returns this weekend with practice on Saturday and racing Sunday afternoon. Youth and adult classes will be held. Spectators are welcome.

APPLE HARVEST WEEKEND

Miller's Orchard will hold its annual harvest weekend Saturday and Sunday. Activities include apple picking, cider, baked goods and wagon rides.

The farm market will be open both days.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR TRAIL CLEANUP

Volunteers are needed for a community trail cleanup next Saturday morning. Work will include removing litter, clearing brush and performing light trail maintenance.

Volunteers should wear sturdy shoes and bring work gloves if available.

HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL FRIDAY

Friday night's high school football game begins at 7:30 PM. Gates open at 6:30 PM.

Highlights and scores will be included in WayStation Sports coverage.

CRAFT AND QUILT SHOW

The annual craft and quilt show will be held next weekend at the community center. Quilts, woodworking, needlework, pottery and other work by area craftspeople will be displayed.

Demonstrations will be held throughout the day.
